Photo: My Happy Self, by Aaron Andersen is one of the many artworks to be displayed In MSU Billings Juried Students’ Exhibition

The Northcutt Steele Gallery and Montana State University-Billings Art Department will present its annual Juried Students’ Exhibition showcasing the talents of MSU-Billings students in a juried show on display from March 19th – April 16th 2010

News Release

Selections of new paintings from "Trout Fishing in Montana and Fields of the Plain", by Montana State University Billings painter, Neil Jussila are on exhibit at Central Pennsylvania College in Summerdale.

Jussila's abstract work resonates with feelings associated with living in a place, noted for its expanding spaciousness, Chinook winds and big rivers that flow deep, and silent.

The artist believes that as the word, Love, is a metaphor for deeply held feelings that can't be defined, so it is that a painting can be a metaphor for experiencing the richness of place.

The exhibition continues on to the end of April.   Click here for images
